  1. The second logo looks like some one sucking dick. The first one is 100 times better.

    400,000 for a kids drawing,lol.

  2. Other than 2012, I don’t see any resemblance in this logo to the Olympics, the athletes or to London.

  3. 2012 or 1987? Hot pink and yellow, what were they thinking? It actually took Kim pointing it out for me to see the 2012.

  4. The only other possible connection I can see to the Olympics, is the logo’s similarity to Classical Greek type.

  5. I just noticed one more thing, actually. Those shapes also seem to represent the continents of the world (as do the Olympic rings), excepting of course Australia and the rest of the Pacific Islands.

  6. Perhaps that is more a suitable logo for when they hold the Olympics in San Francisco?

  7. I dislike the new logo but love the original (candidate city) one cuz it’s smart and nice.
