Stump the Social Media Guy: Tip 8, homebuilder

The 8th post in the Stump the Social Media Guy series is for homebuilders.

Most people would probably suggest photos of completed houses. This would be great, and you should do that, but I wanted to recommend something a bit different.

Post time-lapse video of the construction of your homes. Set up a webcam, and have it take a photo or two every day. Or you can simply try taking a photo from the exact same spot every day. Then stitch all your photos into a video, and share it on your social media profiles.

This will be something a bit different and would get potential homebuyer excited about seeing that process on their own new home.

If you liked this tip, please share it with others. If you want your business to featured in the next instalment of Stump the Social Media Guy, post your business type and name in the comments below, on my Facebook page, on my Twitter feed, or send me an email.
