The 13th post in the Stump the Social Media Guy series is for real­tors.

It prob­a­bly goes with­out say­ing that as a real­tor, you’ll want to include pho­tos of your prop­er­ty. It goes with­out say­ing because every real­tor does it. Why not try some­thing dif­fer­ent: post pho­tos of sold prop­er­ties with the hap­py new own­ers.

This will add a more human touch to your con­tent, and it will rein­force the idea that you not only list hous­es, but you sell them, too.

Remem­ber, always get per­mis­sion before shar­ing someone’s pho­to pub­licly.
