When I launched Hot Pep­per Com­mu­ni­ca­tions three years ago, I knew that I want­ed to focus on my strongest skills: writ­ing, edit­ing, and social media man­age­ment.

When I turned it into my full-time job last year, I released spe­cif­ic pric­ing struc­tures for the social media man­age­ment options I offered. The two mod­ules — as I called them — were called Picante and Picoso, keep­ing with the hot pep­per theme.
