Introducing my Diablo social media management package

When I launched Hot Pepper Communications three years ago, I knew that I wanted to focus on my strongest skills: writing, editing, and social media management.

When I turned it into my full-time job last year, I released specific pricing structures for the social media management options I offered. The two modules—as I called them—were called Picante and Picoso, keeping with the hot pepper theme.

The Picante Module was basically 4 hours of dedicated social media management time per month and the Picoso Module was 10 hours per month. Both modules included content creation and curation and engagement with others.

Today, I announce a new social media management module: Social Media Diablo.

Until now, both of my social media management modules entailed my interacting with the social media account every day or two. I knew that some companies require responses to customer feedback or information requests sooner than that. This is what the Diablo Module does.

Social Media Diablo is basically a supercharged version of Social Media Picoso, offering real-time responses as customers tweet, comment, or message your social media account.
