Vancouver Temple
The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced dates for a public open house prior to the dedication of the new Vancouver British Columbia Temple. The public will be invited to visit the temple during an open house that will run from Friday, April 9, 2010, through Saturday, April 24, 2010 (except for Sundays). The temple will be formally dedicated on Sunday, May 2, 2010. This will be Canada's seventh temple.
Calgary Temple
President Monson announced in the October 2008 general conference that a temple will be built in Calgary.
