A new stake has been created from the Benin City Nigeria Ihogbe, Benin City Nigeria Ikpokpan and Benin City Nigeria New Benin stakes. The Benin City Nigeria Siluoko Stake, which includes the Egor, Ogida, Orominyan, Uwelu 1st, Uwelu 2nd and Uwelu 3rd wards, was created by Elder John B. Dickson of the Seventy and Elder Ini B. Ekong, an Area Seventy.

The Benin City Nigeria Ugbowo Stake, which includes the Adolor, Edaiken, Evbareke, Eweka, Okhoro, Oluku, Ugbowo 2nd, Ugbowo 1st wards, was created by Elder LeGrand R. Curtis of the Seventy and Elder Adesina J. Olukanni, an Area Seventy.
